Objective of the Game:
In Battleship, each player strategically places their fleet of ships on a grid. The goal is to guess the locations of the opponent's ships by firing on specific squares until the entire enemy fleet is destroyed. The first player to sink all of the opponent’s ships wins the game.

Main Rules:

Strategic Placement: Players place their ships on a hidden grid. Ships vary in size, ranging from the aircraft carrier (5 squares) to the submarine (2 squares).

Alternating Turns: Players take turns firing at a square on the opponent’s grid. If the shot hits a ship, it’s marked as "hit," and the player continues to guess the rest of the ship's location. If the shot misses, it’s marked as a "miss."

Sinking Ships: When all squares of a ship are hit, it’s declared "sunk." The game continues until one player’s fleet is completely destroyed.
